- All prices are per week (7 nights) for up to three people, and include gas, electricity and bed linen.
- Short breaks available at £50 per night at all times of the year. (Minimum 3 nights).
- A 'Taste of Lincolnshire' welcome pack will await you (bookings of 7 nights minimum).
- We have a no smoking environment and regret that the house is not suitable for pets.
- Whilst children of all ages are welcome, there are no special provisions for babies and toddlers.
- Due to the residential nature of the communal parking area, we regret that we cannot accept commercial vehicles larger than a private car (see our Access Statement or contact us for clarification).
